Ella Barth is a fierce competitor, who utilizes her high basketball IQ and athletic abilities to take on whatever challenge is  placed before her.  She wants the ball in her hands at crunch time, and as her coach, I trust her to give our team its best chance to score when we need one, be it a drive to the basket, 3 point shot or penetrate and kick to an open shooter.  Her defense is the area of most improvement over the past year, as she has bought in to the importance of solid defense in creating opportunities in transition offense.
